The Alverno College Event Management System offers a one-stop resource for requesting rooms and event services on campus (room set-ups, food & beverages, audio visual needs, technology equipment, instructional technology training, event management staffing and room lock/unlocks). It also provides a comprehensive listing of Alverno College events.
Click on "My Account" and click Log In. Directions will be provided on the following page.
Use this drop down menuto view Department Hours, look at events happening on campus (Browse Events), find room features (Browse Facilities), check space availability (Browse for Space) or locate a certain group (Locate Group).
Making a Request:
Click on Reservations and select the type of request you want to submit. Text on the front page of each request will outline guidelines and helpful tips.
Checking the Status of a Request:
Click on Reservations and select View My Requests.
